PAIRMUSE

Privacy

Pairmuse uses your name, email, mobile number, delivery address and selected products to record, review and fulfil your COD order and handle order enquiries. Customer contact details are encrypted in our order database, which is hosted on our own server and a managed MongoDB Atlas cluster, reached through Cloudflare. Necessary delivery details are shared with our delivery provider to fulfil your order. Your bag is stored on your device; an unresolved checkout is held in this browser tab until completed or closed safely. We record our own campaign and funnel events using random identifiers: the pages you open, the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, your device type, how far down a page you scrolled and how long it was visible, and any advertising parameters in the link you arrived through. These stay on our own servers, are never sold or shared for advertising, and are deleted automatically after 14 months. We also use the Meta pixel on this site to measure our Instagram and Facebook advertising and to show ads to people who have visited. The pixel sets cookies in your browser and sends Meta your page views, the products you view, items added to your bag, checkouts you start and completed orders including the order value. It does not send Meta your name, email address, phone number or delivery address. Meta acts as a separate controller for this data under its own terms. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and pages visited — so we can find and fix problems with the site. The checkout form is masked, so what you type into it, including your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, is not captured in these recordings. Microsoft acts as a separate controller for this data under its own terms. We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site; it sets cookies whose names begin `_ga` and reports your page views, the products you view, items added to your bag, checkouts you start and completed orders including the order value, together with approximate location, device type and the source that referred you. It is not sent your name, email address, phone number or delivery address. Google acts as a separate controller for this data under its own terms. All three load by default. You can switch all of them off at any time using the control on this page, and the store remains fully usable with them off. The cookie that holds your checkout is strictly necessary and is set either way. You can stop it by blocking third-party cookies or using your browser's tracking protection, and you can review your advertising preferences in your Meta account settings. Contact [email protected] for privacy requests. Order records may be retained for fulfilment, accounting and disputes. Closed-order contact details are reviewed for removal after 90 days, subject to those purposes.

How this store works

Orders store contact and delivery details, selected fragrances, total, status, policy version, campaign attribution and fulfilment records. Customer contact details and queued email messages are encrypted in the database.

Your bag stays on this device. This tab temporarily saves an unresolved checkout request, including your contact and delivery details, until it succeeds or you close it safely. A protected guest cookie grants access to your own order for up to 30 days.

Funnel events contain a random session identifier, a durable visitor identifier derived from your guest cookie, the event, the product or bundle, the page and the page you arrived on, the website that referred you, your device type and screen size band, how far down the page you scrolled and how long it was visible, the advertising parameters in the link you arrived through, mode and timestamp. They stay on our own servers, are never sold or shared for advertising, and are deleted automatically after 14 months. The Meta pixel is installed to measure our Instagram and Facebook advertising; it sets cookies and reports your page views, product views, bag additions, checkouts started and completed orders with their value to Meta, but never your name, email, phone number or address. Google Analytics reports the same activity to Google, together with approximate location, device and referring source, and sets cookies whose names begin _ga; it is never sent your name, email, phone number or address. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, to help us find problems with the site; the checkout form is masked so what you type into it is not captured. All three load by default and you can switch them off at any time using the control above. Orders are stored in our own database; checkout uses secure guest access and request limits. Automatic confirmation emails and courier booking are not currently configured. The owner signs in through a protected company sign-in to fulfil orders.

The owner reviews closed-order contact details for removal after 90 days. Transaction records needed for accounts or disputes follow the retention terms in this notice. Privacy requests: [email protected].
